Blackwell Publishing

Welcome

Welcome to Wiley-Blackwell’s new Author Services. Author Services is now linked to Wiley InterScience, our journal and books content archive for advanced research. As a result, we have made some changes in how the log-in feature in Author Services works.

Important Notes

  • If you already have accounts in both Wiley InterScience and Author Services, you must now use the password from your Wiley InterScience account in both systems. Your Author Services password will not work if you previously registered on Wiley InterScience. Your username is the e-mail you used to register in Wiley InterScience.

  • If you previously used "Track My Articles" in Wiley InterScience, welcome! Just log in with your Wiley InterScience login at the right. You will then track your articles in Wiley-Blackwell Author Services in the area called “My Publications.” Next time you visit Author Services, you only need to log in to view “My Publications.” It may take a few days to bring your article(s) to the new system.

  • If you have registered and tracked one or more articles in Author Services, but never registered in Wiley InterScience, we have now created an account for you in InterScience, so your e-mail and password are recognized in both systems.

  • If you have registered in Author Services, but have never tracked production of an article, when you log in (at the right), you will be sent an authorization e-mail from Wiley InterScience. Follow the instructions in the e-mail to complete the registration in Wiley InterScience. You may then use your login in Wiley InterScience and in Author Services.

  • If you have an account in Wiley InterScience, but have never tracked an article in that system, use your password in Author Services. You'll first be taken to the Author Services registration page to provide a few more details.

  • Changing your password in one system immediately changes it in the other.

Authors from more than 1,100 journals are now enjoying the benefits of this leading service. Authors from many journals will have free access to the article once it is published online, a great new benefit for authors previously tracking in Wiley InterScience.

Here in Author Services not only will you find information to help you prepare your manuscript and where to submit it to the editorial office of your choice, you can also learn about our editorial policies, your rights as an author, and copyright matters. Production-tracking is available for many Wiley-Blackwell journals, and many also offer free online access at publication. When your accepted article is received at Wiley-Blackwell, you’ll receive an e-mail with a unique code and link. Using the link connects you to the production status as soon as you register.**

**If you have registered, but do not yet see the status of your accepted article in “My Publications”, please be sure you have added your article either by clicking on the link in the e-mail you received from Author Services, or by using the “Add Article” feature. If you have misplaced your e-mail, contact e-help with the journal name, your article title and the date of acceptance. Author Services does not yet offer tracking of your submitted, but not yet accepted, article.
