Open access agreement for authors at eligible CONCERT institutions in Taiwan

Publish open access with Wiley

From 1 January 2025, authors affiliated with institutions that are participating in Wiley’s CONsortium on Core Electronic Resources in Taiwan (CONCERT) agreement may publish in Wiley’s subscription journals which offer open access, with no transactional Article Publication Charges (APC).

You can be confident that by choosing open access, your work has the best chance to be read, cited and shared. Author(s) also retain the copyright through CC license. Read more about the advantages of publishing open access.

To be eligible:

  • The
    responsible corresponding authorThe responsible corresponding author is the author who manages the manuscript and correspondence during the publication process - from submission through publication. This author has the authority to act on behalf of all the co-authors and will also be the contact for inquiries after publication.
    must be currently affiliated with an eligible CONCERT member institution at the point of acceptance.1
  • You must publish open access in a hybrid (subscription) journal that offers open access.
  • Your article must be primary research or a review article, including but not limited to original articles, case studies, reviews, short communications, and other content types.2
  • You must order hybrid open access by using the order workflow on Wiley Author Services.
  • Your manuscript must have been accepted for publication in a hybrid (subscription) journal on or after 1 January 2025.
  • This agreement cannot be used to cover additional charges (e.g. color or page charges), which individual journals administer separately.

1Eligibility is subject to when the institution has formalized their participation in the agreement. If you are no longer affiliated with an eligible CONCERT member institution at the point of acceptance of your paper in a hybrid (subscription) journal, you do not qualify.
