Beginning 15 January 2019, authors from all Hungarian Electronic Information Service Programme (EISZ) institutions may publish primary research and review articles in any of Wiley’s fully gold Open Access or Wiley’s hybrid, OnlineOpen journals at no further charge* to the author.
To publish without having to pay additional Article Publication Charges (APCs), the article's corresponding author must be from an eligible Hungarian institution and the article must have been accepted on or after 15 January 2019. *subject to availability of sufficient funds in eligible EISZ institutions' Wiley Open Access Accounts - please note that funds will become available to EISZ authors in 2021

1If you are no longer affiliated with an eligible Hungarian institution at the point of acceptance of your paper, you do not qualify.
2If you don't order OnlineOpen initially, your manuscript will be published under the traditional closed access model. You may order OnlineOpen retroactively, but once your paper is published in Early View or In Issue online you are no longer eligible to publish OnlineOpen at no charge.
3Other article types e.g. letters, editorials etc. are excluded.
