Open access agreement for authors at eligible UK institutions

Publish open access with Wiley

Authors affiliated with UK institutions participating in Wiley’s Jisc agreement may publish primary research and review articles in any of Wiley's fully gold open access journals or Wiley’s hybrid (subscription-based) journals which offer open access with no further open access costs* to the author.

To publish without having to pay additional Article Publication Charges (APCs), the article's

responsible corresponding authorThe responsible corresponding author is the author who manages the manuscript and correspondence during the publication process - from submission through publication. This author has the authority to act on behalf of all the co-authors and will also be the contact for inquiries after publication.
must be from an eligible institution and the article must have been accepted on or after 1 January 2022 if submitted to a hybrid journal, and on submission from 1 January 2022 if submitting to a fully gold open access journal.

You can be confident that by choosing open access, your work will have the best chance to be read, cited, and shared. Read more about the advantages of publishing open access here.
